Responsibilities
- Understand the business, culture, and operations of Aurisage.
- Engage the company in positive energy
- Participate in meetings, and workshops.
- Gain business and technical knowledge by completing project-based tasks.
- Support Research, Business, and sales team.
- Research for market data and assist in data collection.
- Assist in preparing financial analyses for real estate projects
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Students in their final year of undergraduate study who have less than two years of experience. Major of study in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, and Business Administration.
Language
Fluency in English, verbal and written
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills
Financial Knowledge
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
Computer Skills
- Good skills in financial modeling using Excel
- Good presentation skills using PowerPoint
- Power BI or Tableau skills are a plus
